Dates: from Monday [14/09] to Saturday [19/09] – 6 days / 5 nights

Location: Kelibia (beachfront guesthouse)

Level: Open to all, beginners welcome.

Included in the retirement package:

• Accommodation for 5 nights in a double or private room, subject to availability

• Full board (healthy & detox cuisine)

• Daily activities according to the program (yoga, aqua yoga, gentle Pilates, breathing exercises, meditative walks, sound bath)

• Professional and caring supervision throughout the stay

Program type:

• Day 1: Arrival, Airport pick-up, Check-in, Dinner, Program presentation

• Days 2 to 5: Yoga and aqua yoga morning and/or evening, detox nutrition workshops, meditative walks, rest time, rituals, sunset, campfire, a day trip to the Medina of Tunis, Carthage and Sidi Bou Said.
