Booking conditions
1. Reservation and registration
• The reservation becomes effective upon receipt of the deposit payment (or the total payment depending on the chosen option).
• Any reservation implies full and complete acceptance of these terms and conditions.
• As the number of places is limited, registrations are recorded in the order in which payments are received.
2. Payment terms
• Payment can be made via Stripe, PayPal, bank transfer, or another method specified on the booking page.
• For retreats, a 50% deposit is required upon booking; the balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the start of the stay.
• In case of late booking (less than 30 days before the start date), full payment is required.
3. Cancellation conditions
Cancellation by the participant:
• If the participant cancels their participation more than 30 days before the start of the stay: the deposit is retained but can be transferred to another Harmonia event within the year.
• If the participant cancels their participation less than 30 days before the stay: no refund is possible.
• The participant may, if they wish, cede their place to another person (provided they inform Harmonia).
Cancellation by Harmonia:
• In the event of force majeure or an insufficient number of participants, Harmonia reserves the right to cancel or postpone the retreat.
• In this case, the amount already paid will be fully refunded or rescheduled to another date, depending on the participant's choice.
4. Terms of Stay
• The price only includes the services specified in the event description (accommodation, meals, activities, etc.).
• Transportation to the location of the retreat or event is the responsibility of the participant, unless otherwise stated.
• The participant agrees to respect the premises, the schedule, and the supportive environment of the stay.
5. Responsibilities
- Each participant is responsible for their personal belongings, their safety, and their behavior during the stay. Harmonia cannot be held responsible for loss, theft, injury, or damage to property or persons occurring during the event. Any deliberate or accidental damage to equipment, furniture, or accommodation will be the responsibility of the participant, who agrees to reimburse the value. Participants are advised to take out liability and/or travel insurance covering these risks.
- Harmonia carefully selects its partners and service providers (accommodations, speakers, carriers). However, it cannot be held responsible for program changes beyond its control (weather conditions, flight cancellations, delays, etc.).
6. Personal data
• The information collected is confidential and used only for managing Harmonia reservations and communications.
• No data will be shared with third parties without consent.
7. Applicable law
• These terms and conditions are governed by Tunisian law.
• Any dispute will be resolved amicably before any legal action is taken.
